At LMR Behavioral Health’s mindfulness program, we introduce our clients to various cognitive and meditative techniques to intercept any triggers for anxiety and depression. We strive to help our participants manage their emotions and mindset to minimize any episodes of distress.

The process of this therapy will ask participants to perform activities like:

  • Deep Mindfulness Meditation

  • Listening to Calming Audio Recordings

  • Teachings about Thought-Feeling Association

  • Breathing Exercises
